Invisible Fats - fats that are not immediately noticeable such as those in egg yolk, cheese, cream, and salad dressings

Adductors - muscles of the inner thigh that pull your legs together. They attach the pelvis and the femur (or thigh bone). You use these muscles when inline skating, skiing or swimming the breaststroke (frog kick)

There are no computers attached to the spinner, and the bike has a fixed gear, racing handlebars, pedals with clips or cages, and a seat that can adjust up and down, fore and aft. Customer Reviews — [1] Rating: 4 Date: 2010-02-01 Summary: Simple and effective... ... I have had this for a few years now and it has never come off the door knob. Are people aware that you slide the handle part tightly onto the doorknob? It's really quite simple. Go easy at first if you're new to exercise. I find myself to be quite sore after using this especially in the abs. You can also lie on your side and do leg lifts with it. I've even turned onto my tummy and done leg lifts this way. Use good body mechanics and work slowly on the more intricate positions. If you're doing it correctly (even the ...more
[2] Rating: 4 Date: 2009-02-03 Summary: Worth the Money ... I just purchased this product and disagree with most of the negative reviews on this sight. I had one of these back in the 80's and feel this is of higher quality and does provide a good toning workout. I am 5 foot 10 and the ropes are long enough for me. I double looped the rope onto the door and it stays on just fine. My only complaint is there are only a couple of exercises listed on the page included, so you have to invent your own exercises which isn't too difficult. Well worth the 10 bucks. You can feel the burn. ...more

Customer Reviews — [1] Rating: 5 Date: 2007-04-03 Summary: Great Kit! ... Based on the price and quality, this is a fantastic kit for someone beginning to use balance/stability/fitness balls. For this price, you're getting the ball, pump, mat, and a very basic instructional video. Most balls of this quality are priced higher than this for just the ball! The ball itself is perfect for petite consumers - if you're over 5'5" or so, please get a 65 or 75 cm ball, depending on your height. The pump is kind of cheaply made, but it gets the job done and you're probably not going to use it more ...more
[2] Rating: 4 Date: 2005-09-13 Summary: A nice starter kit for a yoga/Pilates beginner ... This is a good kit for getting started with yoga/Pilates. It includes some nice, quality equipment for a good value. The high-quality ball is rugged and easy to pump (the pump is included). The ball is 22 inches/55 cm, which you wouldn't know unless you read the actual box - the perfect size ball if you are between 4'8" and 5'5" or on the "petite" side. You also receive a nice, grippy yoga mat and a so-so instructional video. The video is short and the instructor is easy to follow, and after finishing it you feel like ...more
