Bought it on Dr advise to help with my hip pain from arthritis, and it seems to help a little but have not had it too long. I love the fact that it folds and does not take up so much space because I live in a trailer and space is limited. And it is easy to pin and unpin for useage and storage. It has a solid, sturdy feel when you peddle, and the seat is comfortable. It came missing one small pin, but I was able to email customer service and get it sent to me in 3 weeks. The hotline was imppossible to get through, always busy. It is a little too large for sticking in closets with clothes, but does well in corners of rooms, or in ample storage closets.
