Customer Reviews [1] Rating: 4 Date: 2002-03-15

I obtained this circuit training video when it was first released after I started doing step aerobics, which was a little lower impact for me. As usual, I loved Judi's teaching style, and with the other participants on the tape, it almost feels like attending a class. The cueing

Customer Reviews [1] Rating: 5 Date: 2009-12-24 Summary: Good low-impact step video with weighs ... This video runs slightly over an hour in length. The breakdown of the video is one approximately 10 minute warm-up on the step. This is followed by the 50 minute cardio series which is broken into three parts. With each part, most of the time is spent doing step aerobics. This is followed by a short weight session.
