The Spinervals 1.0 "No Slackers Allowed" is a fantastic workout and the difficulty rating is accurate which I find sometimes fitness dvd overvalue the difficulty. I consider myself quitefit and above avg bike rider and I am yet to finish this dvd it get me in the last 10 min but I am getting closer to finishing. The end result is you do notice a difference in your weekend rides and if combined with a aerobase dvd as part of a training program this will make you stronger and faster. I have a few CTS DVD's, but I find that this Spinerval title gets you more bang for your time. If you follow the instructions, this DVD will give you an intense workout in easily under an hour. The video is only 44 minutes long. The first 4 minutes and the last 6 minutes are cooldown, so the workout is about 35 minutes long.
