EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) - An omega-3 fatty acid found in cold-water fish and fish-oil; a precursor to "good" eicosanoids.
Stomach Banding - surgical reduction of stomach, but to lesser degree than bypass
Anaerobic exercise - An intense or fast activity where you become breathless. Your body can't process oxygen fast enough for use. Literally, "without oxygen."
Asthma, exercised-induced - A constriction of the bronchial passages during exercise only that causes wheezing, coughing, labored breathing, and shortness of breath. Can usually be remedied by physician-prescribed inhalers. Not a reason to stop exercising!

Kickboard - small foam board used in swimming to develop leg power and speed. Held under the chest so that the arms are not involved in the swimming stroke
Lactic acid - Some of the "waste" your body makes when you exercise hard (anaerobic) and you feel heavy or quivery. The body uses it to make more energy later.

I have a Mitsubishi Eclipse convertible top looked okay but when it rained it poured inside, not from the seals but from the canvas top, so I just never drove it in the rain. The vehicle was completely restored 12 years ago. Although the car has been kept up to a show quality, it is driven to outdoor shows where it sits in the sun for several hours every weekend in the summer.
