When you look at machines it is importanat to look at the weight it can handle if your a bigger person trying to loss weight. well i lost 15 lbs using this machine. It was really nice to give your self goals to move up in. sinc ethis machine can change percent grade and speed it was nice. The only problem with it was in the beginning. The guys were scheduled between 4 and 7pm, and called me at 3:30 to ask what time was best for me. I stated 4pm, and they were there precisely at 4. Read all reviews before purchasing along with Consumer Reports reviews and happy with purchase. The small details/negatives of fan that doesn't produce (haven't used it yet) or being able to read prompts of programming haven't hindered me. Just take your time and enjoy!
