2" Muscle Clamp
Feature: ... Muscle Clamp ...more
Customer Reviews — [1] Rating: 4 Date: 2010-03-10 Summary: Beats the heck out of spring collars ... Pros: - easy on/off - clamps the bar reasonably tight (hasn't slipped for me, but I'm not doing any Olympic-style lifting) - won't gouge your bar like bolt collars - won't stretch out and slip like spring collars Cons: - price seems a little steep for what you get, but should last ...more
[2] Rating: 4 Date: 2009-11-20 Summary: Decent ... Bought these to replace my clamps that were too hard for the girlfriend to squeeze. The seem to work good, but it doesn't feel like they will last long with daily use. They clamp easy and hold the weights as they should, but it just seems a bit flimsy. ...more

Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30-Minutes to Fitness Muscle Definition DVD
Feature: ... NEWEST RELEASE SEPTEMBER 2009! ...more
Customer Reviews — [1] Rating: 5 Date: 2010-01-27 Summary: Love it! ... I own most of Kelly's workouts. Some I like better than others. This one is awesome and reminds me of a Cathe workout. It is true that the workouts are longer than the advertised 30 minutes, especially with warmup and cool down, but that's fine by me. Both segments are total body routines. Additionally, there is a separate ab workout. I didn't find it boring at all and the music is quite good too. I'm glad I bought it. It's a great DVD for the advanced exerciser. ...more
[2] Rating: 5 Date: 2009-12-21 Summary: Packed with fresh, new moves ... First, I want to recommend this for the intermediate - advanced because there are many new moves and you have to be very careful of your form. You also can not let your mind drift off because these are movements where you need to be aware of your ability. Kelly uses various hand weights-she goes for the heavier ones plus a step and a mat/towel. This DVD sold me on the 30-minutes in the title. The 2-30 minute workout segments are packed with combination moves. Kelly demonstrates the newer moves and the pace is acceptable. ...more

Customer Reviews — [1] Rating: 5 Date: 2009-08-07 Summary: This works! ... This is my favorite full body workout. Well balanced. Tough! I've done this workout for about a year and I have developed well defined muscles in my arms, legs, and abs. My weight has stayed the same (I began at a good weight), but my clothes fit better and I love wearing sleeveless shirts and getting comments on my muscular arms and back. I am 46 years old and feel that if I continue to do this workout I will avoid the weak upper body most women my age develop and I will avoid back problems because my core is so strong. ...more
[2] Rating: 5 Date: 2009-06-05 Summary: Fantastic workout! ... This is one of the first Cathe DVD's that I bought. It is broken up into many different sections so if you want to just work your arms one day you can, or your legs or whatever. The arm workout is only 45 minutes and that's with a warm-up. Great reps, great rest time, good stretching. My arms are finally cut!! The leg workout is even better, 22 minutes long, only 5 different execises, but really good ones! Squats, split leg lunges, wide squats for inner thighs, and a step up execise for your butt. I am always sore ...more
