I also reviewed FitDeck Bodyweight and the Navy Seal pack is a great addition for those wanting to amp up the intensity of their workout. I use the booster to augment my Bodyweight FitDeck with some higher intensity workouts. The Navy Seal booster pumps up the upper-body portion of your workout with tons of pushup variations, pullup variation, and some total body variations like squat jumps.
