Summary: New Styles to Make Pushup More Fun
... I purchased the perfect pushup set from Kmart, the package includes a coupon for the Power 10 Workout DVD free, so that I paid $5 shipping to get it. This DVD provides good instructions of different styles and routines for working with the pushup set. That makes the exercise more interesting and fun. The DVD is short and brief. I expect it covers each routine in more detail. I have to watch it several times and take notes in order to get most of the styles correctly.

I use other tapes occasionally but I always prefer Amy's. This is a tough exercise routine and you really know you've worked out - but that's a good thing! She is a great trainer - she does every step with you, she's encouraging without being over the top sappy, and she works you hard.
