It's quite sturdy and no sign of bending anywhere in the frame. I like that all the exercises are done on one side so that it fits more easily in a small room. It's low enough that you do have to bend your knees during some exercises, but this has not been a problem for me, and if it were much taller it wouldn't fit in some rooms.
