I put it together without major hassel and I am not that mechanically inclined. Having a cordless drill with allen wrench bits helped a lot. The treadmill works flawlessly. It is rather easy to transport and very easy to fold. I've lost 40 pounds by walking on it and watching what I eat. I started at over 300 pounds and am down to around 260.
